Privacy Policy

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details when you create an account or sign in (including with Google).
• Content you provide — the messages, prompts, files, and instructions you send to ADA.
• Data from apps you connect — when you connect a third-party app, ADA accesses the specific data needed to perform your requests (for example, email messages via Gmail, events via Google Calendar, files via Google Drive). See the Google section below.
• Usage & device data — logs, approximate location derived from IP, browser/device type, and interaction data used to operate and secure the Service.

• To provide the Service and carry out the tasks you ask ADA to perform.
• To authenticate you, keep your account secure, and prevent abuse.
• To operate, maintain, debug, and improve features.
• To communicate with you about the Service and respond to support requests.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content or connected-app data for advertising.

In particular:

• We only access and use your Google data to provide and improve the user-facing features you request within AEGIS ADA.
• We do not transfer or sell your Google data to third parties, except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger/acquisition (with continued protection).
• We do not use your Google data for advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless (a) you give explicit consent for specific messages, (b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Which Google data we access, and why

• Gmail — to read, draft, send, and organize email when you ask ADA to (e.g. reply, summarize, or send on your behalf).
• Google Calendar — to read your schedule and create or update events at your request.
• Google Drive, Docs & Sheets — to create, read, and edit documents and spreadsheets ADA produces for you.

ADA requests each of these permissions only when you connect the relevant Google service, and uses them solely to complete the tasks you ask for.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that protect your information — for example:

• Integration providers (e.g. Composio) that securely broker the connections to the apps you authorize.
• AI model providersthat process your prompts to generate ADA's responses.
• Cloud infrastructure and analytics providers that host and help us operate the Service.

We may also disclose information to comply with the law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention is required by law. You can delete your account at any time, which removes your associated content.

• Revoke app access at any time from your Google Account permissions page, or by disconnecting the app inside ADA.
• Access, correct, export, or delete your personal data.
• Delete your account and associated content.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other safeguards to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and respond promptly to any incident.

AEGIS ADA is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Effective” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
